BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Damaged Hair?
I will do everything I can to help you transition into healthy, thriving curly hair.
Reaching your curl goals may take several visits and haircuts, and it is important to be prepared to invest in the products needed to properly support your at-home routine.
It will be worth it in the end—I promise.
***Cancellations/ Late Arrivals***
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your total service cost is required at the time of booking.
This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
If your appointment is canceled more than 48 hours before your scheduled date and time, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.
If your appointment is canceled within 48 hours, the deposit will not transfer, and the remaining service cost will be charged to the card on file.
NO GRACE PERIOD
Please arrive on time, preferably 10–15 minutes early.
Late arrivals will need to reschedule. The deposit will not transfer, and the remaining service cost will be charged to the card on file.
If the transaction is declined, future booking privileges will no longer be available with me.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to me.
If you experience any concerns with your service, please notify me within 72 hours of your appointment. I will gladly attempt to correct the issue at no additional charge, based on what was agreed upon during the consultation.
Opened or used products cannot be returned.
I reserve the right to refuse service adjustments at my discretion.
Minor children under the age of 18, must have prior written consent by legal guardian to be serviced while legal guardian isn't present in the salon. Otherwise, the guardian of the minor is permitted to be in the salon while minor is being serviced. No additional guests may be permitted in the salon during your service (including infants/toddlers).
I understand that life and emergencies happen.
For this reason, policies may be updated at any time by Aleka Michelle, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
